Community Involvement

The Franklins take an active approach to building and participating in community.

Non- Profits that are especially dear to the Franklins are:

Wayside Cross Ministries - This non-profit takes the  Lord’s mandate to feed the hungry, cloth the naked, shelter the sojourner and visit the imprisoned and puts it in to practice.  Formed originally during the great depression, today it has evolved to six distinct vibrant Bible-based Christ-centered ministries focused on transforming lives of men, women, youth and children in the greater Chicago land area.

American Cancer Society - The Franklin family was touched by the disease in 2003.  Since that time we wake up and appreciate each day more fully.  We look for opportunities to help eliminate the disease and the  negative impact it can have on families.
